Orders & Customization
How can I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Simply browse our selection, choose the item you’d like to personalize, and click “Customize” to create your design. Once you’re happy with your customization, add the item to your cart and follow the checkout steps to enter your shipping and payment details. Your unique product will then be made to order and delivered to your doorstep.
How do I customize a product?
Each product page features an interactive design tool that allows you to personalize items with text, images, and colors. Simply click on the “Customize” button to start designing your product.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
Due to our automated production process, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is submitted. If you need to make modifications, please contact our customer service immediately, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No, there is no minimum order quantity for standard purchases. However, for bulk orders (25 items or more), please refer to our bulk ordering section below.
Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer both standard and express shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Because every item is made to order based on your personal design, production takes a little longer than mass-produced fast fashion. Estimated delivery dates will be shown during checkout, so you’ll know exactly when to expect your order.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the EU and to select nearby countries with similar trade status. These include Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. At this time, we do not ship outside of these regions.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Payments & Invoicing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Klarna (where supported), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay for fast, secure checkout. All transactions are processed securely using trusted payment providers.
Can I pay later or receive an invoice?
We currently ship within the EU and to select nearby countries with similar trade status. These include Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. At this time, we do not ship outside of these regions.
Can businesses apply reverse VAT?
Yes, EU-based businesses can typically apply reverse VAT on cross-border purchases within the EU, including merchandise for employees. A valid VAT number is required. To place a VAT-exempt order, please contact us through our website with your company details and VAT ID. We’ll review the information and provide an invoice via email.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
As all our products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part. Please review your design carefully before placing your order.
What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing a description and photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
Bulk Orders & Group Discounts
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
For a proper bulk discount, we expect orders of at least 25 pieces with the same design on a specific product type. The product can vary in size and color, and still count toward the 25-piece minimum.
If you have a different type of bulk customization in mind — such as multiple designs across one order — feel free to reach out. We’re flexible and happy to discuss custom solutions that might still qualify.

Our store is always open — you can place orders anytime, day or night. Our support team works across time zones and often replies faster than you’d expect. While we don’t promise instant responses, we aim to get back to every message within 24 hours.

Why don’t you offer returns?
Because each product is made uniquely for you based on your design, we’re unable to restock or resell returned items. However, if there’s a manufacturing defect or we’ve made an error, we’ll gladly correct it. Your satisfaction matters to us.
Intellectual Property & Uploads
Can I upload any image, logo, or design for printing?
When you upload content to customize a product, you confirm that you either own the rights to that material or have permission to use it. This includes logos, taglines, slogans, photos, and all other design elements.
What happens if I upload something I don’t have rights to?
We take intellectual property seriously. If we detect that your design includes copyrighted or unauthorized content, your order may be cancelled and the product destroyed. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
What kind of content is not allowed?
You may not upload anything that violates copyright or trademark law, promotes hate, violence, or discrimination, or includes illegal content. We reserve the right to reject any design that doesn’t meet our ethical or legal standards.
